Assists low-income families with special education law issues and cases. Serving cities of Fairfax, Falls Church, Herndon, and Alexandria and counties of Loudoun, Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William, and Stafford. The center may consider representing parties in other counties on a case-by-case basis.

The Legal Aid Justice Center partners with communities and clients to achieve justice by dismantling systems that create and perpetuate poverty. Justice means racial justice, social justice, and economic justice.
