We founded Alliance ABA Therapy on the conviction that everyone deserves to achieve their own potential. Our mission is to provide premier ABA therapy services to children in need, regardless of their backgrounds. Whatever your child is struggling with, we can help. We have the clinical tools, the education, the experience and, most importantly, the passion to help your family.
Your child is a unique individual with their own history, challenges, and future, so what works for them may not work for another child. This is why we create an individualized ABA treatment and support plan for each of our clients. Through treatment, we work as your partner to achieve your goals.

Partnership: We value relationships with parents, caregivers and other treatment providers including speech therapists, occupational and physical therapists, and schools. Our partners are one of our greatest assets and they are actively involved at all steps in our assessment and treatment process. We believe that our relationships are based on trust and authenticity. As part of our therapeutic alliance, you’ll have access to extensive training and resources.
Build on Current Skills: There is beauty and strength in everyone. We work to create an individualized plan so your child can reach their own best potential. Building on their strengths, we create a plan to help your child live their best life and reach targeted milestones and build functional skills. Plan individualization is paramount and we adapt to the individual needs of every person.
Dedication to Best Practices: The ABA field is ever changing and better standards for practice are continually being developed. As an organization we commit to a mindset of lifelong learning and high educational standards. We follow BACB standards for ABA training, credentialing and licensure. Alliance goes farther than similar providers and continually pulls from related disciplines including early intervention strategies and advanced education opportunities. Our therapists have rigorous training requirements that are much higher than standard regulatory requirements. While not required, we are dedicated to having staff credentialed as RBT’s by the Florida Institute of Technology within the first month of hire.
Positivity: We set measurable goals and progress milestones. There is a fine balance between action-based goals and creating a fun, open, and engaging environment with the children we support. Our activities are engaging and fun so children actually want to work on their goals which creates a learning environment that is set up for success.
