Victoria Transcultural Clinical Center (VTCC) is a private, for-profit, multicultural mental health agency that has been in operation for over a decade. Our programs are open to underserved children, youth, and families located in the Northern Virginia area who are Medicaid or County funded (FAPT). Our programs currently include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or EPSDT, and Home-Based Intensive In-Home Services (HB). It is the mission of VTCC to provide effective cross cultural home based services and treatment to local families from a range of diverse cultural, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds, whose children are experiencing significant behavioral or emotional difficulties, or have been subjected to abuse or neglect and are at high risk of being removed from the family home.
